Holy Cross Cemetery is located at Lot 231 in the City of Welland, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Province of Ontario. It was established by the Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the Diocese of St. Catharines in Canada in the year 1919.
The Board of Trustees of Holy Cross Cemetery in the discharge of its responsibilities, appeals to the public to co-operate by following these By-laws, which have been adopted for the upkeep and improvement of the Cemetery as a becoming and respectful place for the interment of the dead. Holy Cross Cemetery is licensed to act as a Non- profit Religious Cemetery in accordance with the Cemeteries Act of 2012.
These By-laws have been approved by the Bishop of St. Catharines and the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations for Ontario.
